No, although we are not certified, but all our suppliers are halal and using only halal ingredients. Our food is prepared by our fellow Muslim colleagues.

Ayam Gincu provides ready to eat, amazing food that are so easy to prepare, all you need is 15 minutes in hot boiling water and you are ready to eat.

There are also minimum purchases and freezer storage spaces that the agent need to prepare.

Currently we are only available at Klang Valley, but opening up other states for Agents to fulfil orders. This is to ensure freshness and the products are stored in proper freezing temperature.

We have a minimum order of RM50 for deliveries around Klang Valley and it is RM15 per location.

Orders above RM150, delivery is free, so make sure you click on the free delivery option upon checking out.

Orders from our agent differs in delivery charges, or even maybe free.

It would be anytime between 3 working days for online orders, we would be calling the customers before delivery.

For orders from agents, it may take just minutes to be delivered to you.

Yes, you may pick it up from Wisma Standard Chartered at Bukit Jalil.

We are open from 9am to 6pm only on weekdays. Not open on public holidays.

Any freezer types will do, and it will last up to 2 months. Upon receiving the package, please place it in the freezer immediately and ensure that it is not thawed and placed back into freezer.
